Every once in a while a client will ask me if I can make something a bit 'unique' for them. Invariably it might be as a gift for friend or family.
Recently I was set the task to making two cushions featuring a world map. The unique task of this was that each cushion have 'half the world' on it. so when you put the two cushions together they made the 'world map'. So how did it turn out?

The beauty of these world map designs is that they can be used as basic educational teaching aid for children outlining the continents, countries, capitals and oceans around the world. These cushions helped my clients grandchildren work out where there relatives lived in other parts of the world.
